Steak on a Stone

North Shore Tavern is Pittsburgh’s home for Steak on a Stone. Steak on a Stone. It is a unique way that enables You, the diner, to make sure every piece of steak is cooked to YOUR idea of perfection. We heat up a lava stone to 850° and then sear a perfect filet on each side for 10 seconds. The 4oz or 8 oz Filet is then brought sizzling to your table where you can then slice and cook each piece to exactly how you like it.
